How to Book

All children attending the club, whether pre-booked or ad hoc must register. A registration form must be completed and an annual registration fee of £5 paid before a child can attend a session at either of the Clubs.

Click here to download a registration form then hand to the Play Leader at the Club or leave in an envelope marked for After School Club Play Leader at school office.

There are two ways to book sessions with the club:
1. A contract with the club for the same days each week, this is then billed termly (6 times a year), and minor changes can be made at the time of booking. Payment is made before the term booked for and this is the most cost effective method of booking. You can pay by direct transfer, childcare vouchers or cheque this is £9.50 per session for After School Club and £8 for Breakfast Club. To download a pre-booking form click here.

2. Ad-hoc sessions which need to be booked by signing up on the board outside year 6 (or you can call or text the club 48 hrs in advance), and then pay either by cash/cheque on the day or buy a book of ad-hoc vouchers from the club and pay with one of these for each session used when you collect your child/ren. This is £10 per session (increasing to £11 from September 2012) for After School Club or £8 for Breakfast Club.

N.B. The Club mobile is accessed by the Play Leader during Club hours.
